Hi there! Meet the Wilsons. We are the owners, founders, and two person team behind Coastal Wedding Productions!
While planning our own wedding for June of 2020, we realized the drastic lack of resources and options available on the southern shore of Nova Scotia. Very few specialized in weddings, and most were either booked, outdated, or non-existent!
Not wanting to see other couples struggle to piece together their dream wedding, we saw the opportunity to create what is the missing element in wedding planning. Our goal is to ease the stress of wedding & special event planning, by offering a wide range of services and rental items that were before only available by niche vendors, or not available at all.
In just over two years of being in business, we have catered to and built packages for numerous weddings of all sizes, from 15 to 150 and more. We are constantly expanding our inventory, service list, and knowledge.
We are in the business of love, and look forward to each new day, and every new couple!

Lindsey is Coastal Wedding Production’s artistic creator, designer, and overall people pleaser. She is the owner of Yarmouth’s own Onyx Beauty Lounge, and has been in the beauty industry for over 7 years. It’s safe to say, Lindsey knows how to have you looking, AND feeling your best, for your big day. From decorating, to planning, to “beautifying”, she will help you achieve your dream wedding!

Gary is a WPIC Certified Wedding Planner, and formally trained audio engineer with nearly a decade of experience in live sound, stage management, and live events. He is an experienced woodworker, and has built nearly all the CWP furniture in his shop over the course of the last year. Gary also has years of experience in large scale construction, and will always be seen on site leading the setup of the commercial tents, sound systems, lighting, and most other large rentals!
